While healthcare continues its unprecedented evolution, our focus remains constant: Meet the health needs of our diverse community with compassion, focus on quality, safety and value, and champion constant improvement in care and its delivery.

To that end, we continued our strategic expansion of services and strengthened partnerships across our community. The result is a coordinated network of physicians, convenient services and self-care resources designed to help children, adults and seniors achieve good health and remain well.

As a member of Penn Medicine, we added advanced surgical services and seamless coordination with world-class specialists that were previously unavailable in our region, began linking our electronic medical records to better coordinate care and enhanced access to clinical research that is transforming medicine.

LG Health and our patients benefit from efforts that incentivize wellness. We have the history, resources and breadth of experience to provide primary medicine and urgent care, as well as the clinical and technological expertise to offer cost-effective solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Within this report, you will learn how we empower patients to attain good health and offer unique programming that harnesses the power of collaboration. We connect individuals and our community partners with tools that are proven to help manage physical and behavioral health. And we increase communication with at-risk patients and make it easier for their various care providers to coordinate care.

We’re also making it easier than ever to access specialty and acute care when needed, through our alliance with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia; the pursuit of a new behavioral health hospital; and an expansion of Lancaster General Hospital that will enhance patient engagement, comfort and safety.

We are well-positioned to continue this important mission. We have a great team of employees and physicians, we enjoy tremendous support from our community, and with Penn Medicine, we are part of a world-class organization that is transforming lives and curing diseases.
