Lancaster General Hospital was located in a small row home on North Queen Street when we welcomed our first patient in 1893. We have grown over the past 125 years to become Lancaster General Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health system that constantly strives to provide innovative and compassionate care, and to make our community among the healthiest in the nation. A Milestone Worthy of a Memorable Celebration

In celebration of our 125th anniversary, the Lancaster General Health Foundation hosted a special fundraising event on September 15 to benefit our behavioral health initiatives. Proceeds raised from this event are being used to establish and benefit the Behavioral Health Community Impact Fund.
